- POSITION:
- To assist in the achievement of business strategies and goals by enhancing staff competencies and job performance through the provision of structured training and development solutions and career development opportunities
REQUIREMENTS - 5 years around in training function, has regional training management exposure and experience in MNC - A candidate from fast fashion industry is highly preferred - A candidate from cosmetic or hotel industry or other similar industry is also considered - Fluency in Mandarin and English, good presentation skills - Energetic with the flexibility to travel in China cities
FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct training and developing needs analysis, meet with line manager and staff for training and development solutions - Develop, revise/update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses for store and office staff - Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers - Liaise and coordinate with related parties to complete assigned tasks - Conducting designing and developing templates and promotional material - Meet with course/program participants to review learning progress and course/program effectiveness - Perform other duties as assigned by management
COMPETENCE: - Open, active, good communication and interpersonal skills - Willing to develop people, creative, good planning and organization skills - Capable to develop and launch projects independently - A team player with the flexibility to liaise among different parties - Initiative and fast response
EDUCATION: - Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education Management, etc.
